Using TripBooster
TripBooster is a travel organization service. You may use it to import reservations, store documents, plan trips, collaborate with travel companions, and access AI-assisted features. You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit to TripBooster. You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the service — for example, to parse a confirmation email into an itinerary or answer a trip-related question in the copilot.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload or import content, including travel documents and collaborator data.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use TripBooster for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
- Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization
- Interfere with or disrupt the service, including by automated scraping or abuse
- Reverse engineer or misuse APIs except as permitted in developer settings
- Upload malware or content that infringes others' rights
AI features
TripBooster may generate suggestions, summaries, translations, or alerts using automated systems. Outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying important travel, legal, and safety information before relying on it.
Third-party services
TripBooster may integrate with email providers, maps, airlines, hotels, OAuth clients, and other third parties. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party products or availability.
Beta features
Some features may be labeled beta or preview. They are provided as-is and may change or be discontinued without notice.
Termination
You may stop using TripBooster at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, subject to applicable data retention requirements.
Disclaimers
TripBooster is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TripBooster and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
